1. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All PNG images, illustrations, clipart, and graphic assets available on Waryhub are original works created by Waryhub. All intellectual property rights, including copyright, are exclusively owned by Waryhub.

Our images are created using the following workflow:
  1. Original illustrations drawn and designed in Adobe Illustrator
  2. Adobe Firefly used only as a reference/inspiration tool — all final artwork is independently created
  3. All assets are independently owned and commercially safe for distribution
  
2. Image License & Permitted Use
2.1 Free PNG Images
Free images on Waryhub are available under the following license:
  • Personal use: Fully permitted with no attribution required
  • Commercial use: Permitted for use in your own projects, designs, presentations, social media, websites, and client work
  • Editing & modification: Permitted — you may resize, recolor, and incorporate images into composite works
  • Attribution: Not required, but appreciated (credit: waryhub.com)
2.2 Prohibited Uses (Free Images)
The following uses are strictly prohibited for all free images on Waryhub:
  • Reselling or redistributing original PNG files as standalone products
  • Claiming ownership or registering our images as your own intellectual property
  • Uploading or redistributing our images on stock sites (e.g., Shutterstock, Freepik, Getty) or any other resource site
  • Using images in adult content, hate speech, illegal, defamatory, or misleading materials
  • Automated bulk downloading or scraping of images from our website
  • Using images in any way that violates applicable law
2.3 Paid Digital Products (Gumroad)
Waryhub sells premium PNG bundles and digital asset packs via Gumroad. The following terms apply to all paid products:
  • Each purchase grants a single-user license unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Permitted: personal use, commercial use in your own projects and client work
  • Prohibited: sharing, gifting, or reselling purchased files to any third party
  • Prohibited: uploading purchased files to any free or paid resource website
  • All digital product sales are final. Refunds are not provided for digital downloads once the files have been accessed or downloaded
  • Gumroad's own Terms of Service also apply to all transactions made through their platform
  
3. Website Use & Acceptable Conduct
When using Waryhub, you agree that you will not:
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its servers
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to download content in bulk
  • Attempt to disable, overload, or interfere with the proper functioning of the website
  • Use the website or its content for any unlawful purpose
  
4. Advertising & Third-Party Services
Waryhub displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and may display ads from other third-party advertising partners. By using this website:
  • You acknowledge that third-party advertisers may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites

Waryhub may introduce user account functionality in the future to provide enhanced features such as saved downloads, purchase history, and personalized content. If and when such features are made available, the following terms will apply:

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • One person may not maintain more than one account unless explicitly permitted by Waryhub
  • Waryhub reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice

14. Content Removal Rights
Waryhub reserves the right to remove, modify, or restrict access to any content on this website at any time and at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Removing any PNG image or asset from the website at any time, including images that were previously available for free download
  • Changing the license terms for existing content — updated terms apply from the date of publication
  • Moving free content to a paid tier at our discretion
  • Removing any page, blog post, or resource that we deem outdated, inaccurate, or no longer appropriate
  • Blocking access to users or IP addresses that are found to be in violation of these Terms
Images already downloaded and used legitimately prior to their removal remain subject to the license terms that were in effect at the time of download. 
15. Termination
Waryhub reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to this website, immediately and without notice, if you:
  • Violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
  • Use our images or content in a prohibited manner as outlined in Section 2
  • Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity on or through this website
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce our content library in bulk
  • Are found to have purchased a paid product with fraudulent payment details
Upon termination:
  • Your right to access and use this website ceases immediately
  • Any licenses granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked
  • Paid product purchases are non-refundable even in the event of termination due to a Terms violation
  • Sections 1, 9, 10, and 12 of these Terms shall survive termination and remain in full effect
